On Sunday I had the absolute privilege of photographing my favorite person in the world, my sister, and her love. Here’s a sneaky peak at the mini-session of Laurie and Jake. We had lots of fun almost getting ran over on the road and playing in the storm drain. You can view the whole session soon via flickr.
As usual, click on the photos to view them at full size. :)
Thank you to Laur and Jake for letting me capture the something special you two have going on.

oh. my. goodness. these could not be more precious. i seriously cannot wait until you post all of them. ho. ly. ca. no. li.
and in response to your comment: that’s a funny thing that you mentioned that because i read your post today about how you are reading the history of love, which is ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE BOOKS OF ALL TIME. honestly. we definitely should be recommending buddies. i wish i had one to recommend to you right now, but sadly i haven’t really read anything in awhile, except things for school. which, i might add, has been quite interesting sometimes. for example, you should read disposable people by kevin bales. it will drive you insane though. but it is incredible. as for college, i absolutely love it. i’ve never experienced a community such as the one i am now, except it’s really hard to get work done sometimes. how are things going for YOU! how is teaching, being engaged, etc?
